No. EngineIQ is an AI diagnostic platform — you enter the vehicle details, the symptoms and any trouble codes your existing scanner pulled, and Tina AI does the analysis. There's nothing to plug in.
How is EngineIQ different from a code reader?+
A code reader tells you a code like P0301 exists. EngineIQ takes that code plus the symptoms and vehicle details and ranks the actual likely causes by probability — then builds a step-by-step test plan so you confirm the fault before replacing any parts.
Who is EngineIQ built for?+
Professional technicians, mobile mechanics, repair shops, fleet managers and DIY vehicle owners. Pro mode goes deep for technicians; guided mode keeps everything in plain English for first-timers.
What devices does it run on?+

What is Tina AI?+
Tina is your conversational diagnostic assistant. Talk or type to her at any point in a job — she interprets trouble codes, explains faults in plain English, builds diagnostic plans, recommends tests with expected readings, and helps you write the report.
How accurate are the ranked causes?+
EngineIQ weighs the symptoms, codes, and vehicle specifics to estimate probability for each likely fault. It's a decision-support tool that points you to the most likely cause first — you always confirm the actual failure with the guided tests before repairing.
Can I document my test results?+
Yes. Every procedure you run can be logged with the actual result against the expected value, plus notes and photos, so you build a complete, defensible diagnostic record for each vehicle.
Can I create reports and invoices?+
Yes. Any session can be turned into a clean professional diagnostic report or an itemized invoice in seconds, then emailed to a customer, printed, or saved to the cloud.
BILLING & ACCOUNT
How does the free trial work?+
Both plans include a 7-day free trial. You won't be charged until day 8. If you cancel before the trial ends, you won't be billed at all.
What's the difference between monthly and yearly?+
The monthly Pro plan is $14.99/mo. The yearly Pro plan is $149.99/year — that's the equivalent of $12.50/mo, saving you 17% compared to paying monthly.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Cancel anytime from your account settings — or through Apple App Store or Google Play depending on where you subscribed. You keep access through the end of your current billing period.
How do I manage my subscription?+
Subscriptions can be managed through the platform you used to subscribe: Apple App Store, Google Play, or directly through your EngineIQ account. Refund handling may depend on where the subscription was purchased.
I was charged but can't access Pro features — what do I do?+
Contact us at support@engineiq360.com with your full name, the email on your account, the platform you subscribed through, the charge date, and a screenshot of your receipt. We'll get it sorted quickly.
